Before we begin working on the website design with highly skilled web designers in Nairobi, Kenya, we’ll usually have an initial chat on the phone, on Zoom, or in person to discuss the project. Once we get started, most of the communication will take place over WhatsApp/ email. This makes the process a lot easier as we’ll have all of the information saved and can come back to it later.

Yes, we will give you the requisite training and tools to be able to make web design amendments. We use very easy to use platforms called WordPress for brochure sites and Shopify for eCommerce which allow you to easily add, edit and delete content without paying us to do it for you. For custom coded builds you have the option to choose a user friendly CMS, integrate your CRM to suit your needs or have us make edits for you on a retainer basis.
